Merleseal is a one-coat, penetrating, solvent-free water based solution designed to protect above grade stucco, concrete, masonry and natural stone surfaces from moisture-related damage. Its small silicone molecules penetrate deeply and repel liquids while maintaining water vapor permeability. Uses include treating new stucco to avoid damage from water splash, sealing of limestone and other natural stone, concrete, block walls, brick and general water repellent protection where cost is a major factor. |

Aqua-Guard is a 100% acrylic clear-sealer formulated for use over concrete, polymer modified toppings, and decking surfaces to seal and protect the substrate from water, staining, and abrasion. AQUA-GUARD exceeds the performance of conventional waterborne acrylics and urethane dispersions through its proprietary crosslinking chemistry. The crosslinking occurs after application during the drying process, and produces a tighter, stronger film that shows increased resistance to blocking, water spotting, water blushing, staining, and wear. | |
